About Beth

Greetings! I’m Beth. 👋

I’m excited to dive into this messy, beautiful human BEing with you. I consider this work a sacred practice of curiosity, courage, and compassion. I’m grateful for all the learning and unlearning that has brought me here. And I’m grateful to continue it with you! 🙏

My Story 📖

I’m a teacher who left teaching for psychology, a psychologist who left psychology for coaching, and a coach who left coaching… to find her way back to teaching. (It’s a story.) I meld these worlds to work together with you to design the life you long for. In doing so, we co-create the world we seek - a world filled with connection, creativity, curiosity, and courage. So, many thanks in advance… and the rest, let’s unpack together! ✨

My Holistic Approach ✨

While a psychologist and coach, I’m an educator first, who believes everything we do and experience can be framed as unlearning and learning. I’m a practitioner second, who believes labels serve us as part of our story, but dis-serve us when they become our whole story. My work combines over almost two decades of knowledge and experience with your inner wisdom and truth to transform discomfort into learning, learning into change, and change into growth.

Our work will focus on how our thoughts and emotions create our experience of the world. (“We see the world not as it is, but as we are.”) Together, we examine where change is wanted and honor how our feelings and thoughts guide our actions. We are meant to become our biggest and bravest selves - not just for us, but also to serve our families, friends, and the collective. When we show ourselves fully, we invite others to do the same. We change ourselves to change the world.

Buddhist thought says that “the arrival of chaos should be regarded as extremely good news!” This is inherently true of all things that arise in our lives - including uncertainty, and its uncomfortable emotions of fear, sadness, and anger. We learn how our emotions and thoughts can guide us towards expansion and possibility, becoming an inner compass for transformational growth.

My holistic approach honors the head-heart-body connection, sourcing wisdom from how our body, mind, and soul are always serving us. If you’re feeling stuck, you can trust your inner wisdom that is calling for change.

Transformation work shows us the beautiful contrast of our light and shadow. We learn to lead by intuition and love and share our full selves with vulnerability and strength. It is a sacred, heart-forward practice - and I would be honored to explore with you.
